Educating Tomorrow's Global Leaders
At Marist, we instill a global perspective into every curriculum. Marist’s foundation in international experiences is an important driver of success for our students in the International Business concentration of the Business Administration major – they are not only taught the fundamentals of international business in the classroom, but they experience and are immersed in it on a global level.
Expand your horizons with extensive global opportunities...
At Marist, we not only integrate the international component of this program into your classroom learning, but with our extensive Marist Abroad program, you can take it further. You’ll have over 70 study abroad destinations to choose from. In fact, over 50% of Marist students study abroad during their time here. Marist even has a branch campus in Florence, Italy, and two First Year Abroad programs in Florence and in Dublin, Ireland. For students in International Business, there are a wide range of opportunities to study courses directly related to your concentration while experiencing life in a foreign country. With Marist’s international connections, you’ll never be confined to what you learn in the classroom – you’ll be encouraged to learn from anywhere in the world.
...and build your professional skills.

Take advantage of a world of International Business opportunities.
“I did the Asia Study Abroad Program (ASAP), and we went to 14 countries in Asia and I took business courses that were directly correlated with the countries we were in. It’s a backpack excursion across Asia where you spend about two to three weeks in each country. I was able to go to Mount Everest, I went to the Great Wall of China, the Taj Mahal, I meditated with Buddhist monks in Thailand. It was incredible. We even stayed for two weeks in Australia.”
